IntelliAgents cannot directly sync with other calendar apps; however, you can download the .ics file and upload it to the calendar app of your choice. More information can be found here: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.

If IntelliAgents misses a deadline, you can manually update the schedule or provide feedback to improve its accuracy for future events.
